This class will focus on rebuilding your abdominals and core muscles, you know, the ones that really take a hit during pregnancy. This 35 minute class is dedicated to abdominal and core work and will help protect and strengthen your body. Designed for new Mamas, seasoned Mamas and all Mamas in between, we’ll strengthen muscles you never knew you had.
