A strong powerful practice to build a strong powerful you! This vigorous yoga class focuses on building muscular strength, endurance and core power AND you’ll get your heart pumping. Our instructor will combine all elements of fitness using strong yoga movements and cross training practice in a safe, motivating and inspiring format. A great class for Mamas who want to get their workout in using powerful yoga movements. We’ll help you build strength, stamina, range of motion and stay healthy and fit. All levels welcome!
